紅絲帶─國際性愛滋病防治標誌

起源於1991年，美國紐約Visual AIDS Artists Caucus藝術團體從黃絲帶的習俗獲得啟發，
以Love的小寫L做設計，用紅色代表愛、關懷、鮮血和警告，
表達對愛滋患者的支持與接納，倡導尊重其人權，並象徵對愛滋病防治、衛教、治療和研究的支持。

黃絲帶─美國「歡迎被囚禁的人重獲自由」標誌

起源於1971年10月14日《紐約郵報》(New York Post) 專欄作家Peter Hamill
刊登的一則標題為《回家》(Going Home)的真實故事，
不久後被寫成深刻動人的歌曲《老橡樹上的黃絲帶》
(Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round The Ole Oak Tree)流傳到全世界：
